What To Expect
At PDMG, our photographers aim to capture every property from their most exceptional angles, with the best lighting possible.
To properly showcase a property, we recommend that the listing has been professionally cleaned and/or staged if necessary. Our photographers shoot as is, upon arrival. To be prepared, homeowners and agents should review the information below prior to scheduling an appointment.
*CANCELLATION POLICY: You may call or email to cancel the photo shoot no later than 5:00pm the day prior to your shoot to avoid a cancellation fee. Late notice cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee, and PDMG will charge the account accordingly.

Ensure the entry instructions you provided are still accurate (i.e. someone will be there, SentriLock or Lockbox combinations). We encourage Realtors arrive 30 minutes early to guarantee an on-time start.
Follow up with the sellers to make sure the property will be ready for photography on time – Twilight photography is extremely time sensitive. The slightest delay may cause the photographer to miss the best lighting for your shoot.
If homeowners would like to be present, coordinate a plan for them to relocate to a room of the house without windows during the appointment.
